Our Residential Supervisors ONLY oversee ONE group home with 2 to 4 individuals**Interested candidates with supervisory and residential experience must meet the following criteria:High school diploma or it's equivalentValid Pennsylvania driver's license required Supervisory experience and experience in Residential Services preferredResidential Supervisor's receive CPARC's competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision & life insurance, long term disability, 3 weeks of vacation during 1st year of employment, retirement plan, and extensive paid training program. This involves ensuring the health and safety of the individuals living at the assigned site, supervising/evaluating/training staff, sharing in on-call responsibility, weekly/monthly/annual paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a professional working relationship with the individuals' families, peers, subordinates, all "team" members, and other professionals as well as other duties as assigned.
