Glass Doctor of North Texas is hiring a Residential Glazier who''s part craftsman, part closer. If you can walk into a stranger''s home, earn their trust in five minutes, nail the measurements, and walk out with a signed deal, we''ve been looking for you.

You control your paycheck. Base pay plus uncapped commission means your earning potential grows with every upgrade you sell and every referral you earn - $90K-$120K+ is the range our top performers hit, with no ceiling above it.

You''re not just an installer. You''re the expert homeowners actually listen to. You''ll quote on the spot, recommend the right glass for their home and budget, and upsell smart upgrades - because you know the product better than anyone else in the room.

We hand you the truck, tools, and tech. Company vehicle, professional-grade tools, and mobile quoting software - all provided. You show up ready to work, not ready to spend your own money on gear.

The backend is handled. Scheduling, support, and admin are covered so you can focus on what you do best: measuring right and selling smart.

What You''ll Actually Be Doing

• Visiting homes to measure windows, doors, and custom glass (shower enclosures, mirrors, tabletops, and more)
• Delivering on-the-spot quotes and walking customers through their options
• Upselling upgrades and additional services when it''s the right fit - and closing the deal
• Documenting jobs with before/after photos and keeping job status updated in our software
• Building the kind of trust that turns one job into a lifetime customer and a stream of referrals

What You Bring

• 2+ years of residential glazing or related trade experience
• A tape measure you trust and a habit of double-checking anyway
• The confidence to talk to homeowners like people, not prospects
• A sales instinct - you know how to suggest the upgrade without being pushy
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Professional appearance and a genuine desire to grow
• Bonus: experience with quoting software or mobile estimating tools
