We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Residential Overhead Door (OHD) Salesperson and Sport Court Wisconsin Manager. This is a unique opportunity to combine sales growth with overall business leadership.
Overhead Door (Residential Sales):
Generate leads and close sales for residential garage doors, openers, and screens.
Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders.
Provide estimates, proposals, and follow-through to close deals.
Sport Court Wisconsin (Overall Management):
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Sport Court Wisconsin.
Manage sales, scheduling, and project completion for athletic court installations.
Drive business development across central and northern Wisconsin (Eau Claire to Fox Valley, Door County).
Lead a small team and coordinate with installers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Take ownership of growth and profitability.
Proven sales ability with excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and oversee company operations.
Knowledge of construction or home improvement industries is a plus.
Self-starter who thrives in a growth-oriented environment.
