As a Residential Electrician here, you won't just be another body on a truck. You'll be trusted to do quality work, communicate clearly, and leave customers feeling confident and taken care of.
Your day is hands-on and real. You'll diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues, handle repairs, complete panel replacements, service upgrades, and service changes, and make sure the job is done safely and according to code.
You'll walk into someone's home as the professional they can trust. That means respecting their family, pets, and property, keeping them informed, and leaving the space clean when the work is done.
You'll take ownership of your jobs from diagnosis through completion. You'll also have opportunities to help apprentices and junior technicians improve as you grow in your own career.
We have a thorough process for hiring, but we move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

The process:
You'll earn up to $60 per hour for a full 40-hour week, paid weekly. On top of that, there are performance-based commission opportunities.
Qualified new hires are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus, on top of the competitive pay, benefits, and commission opportunities offered at Potts Electric.
