As a Michigan-licensed journeyman on our residential service team, you’ll start your morning in a fully stocked company truck, review your schedule on a company tablet, and head out to diagnose and resolve electrical issues with confidence and care.
What your day looks like
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical problems with precision and safety.
- Install and replace panels, services, breakers, circuits, wiring, devices, fixtures, generators, and related components.
- Spot safety hazards and code violations, and recommend corrections.
- Present clear findings and solution options to homeowners.
- Capture accurate notes, photos, invoices, and work-order documentation on your tablet.
- Work independently while upholding top-tier quality and safety standards.
- Help shape field standards for a growing, locally led operation.
Who thrives here
- License: Active Michigan Journeyman Electrician license (required).
- Proven troubleshooting and repair ability.
- Background in residential, commercial, industrial, construction, maintenance, facilities, generator, or service work.
- Comfort working in occupied homes and eagerness to master our residential service process.
- Professional communicator with strong customer-service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Dependable, organized, and rigorously safety-focused.
Compensation & benefits
- $46–$50 per hour guaranteed base pay.
- $5,000 signing bonus.
