Recruits, selects and trains Residence Hall Association Executive Board.
Facilitates monthly forums with the Residence Hall Association.
Coordinates and implements activities with the Residence Hall Association .
Responsible for developing and implementing Housing initiatives Identifies monthly service learning opportunities.
Provides community engagement opportunities.
Develops and implements sustainability initiatives for Housing residents.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in work related to student services
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of the University's student policies and procedures and those related to assigned department
Knowledge of acceptable advising techniques
Knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and principles
Skilled in making written and oral presentations Ability to assess student progress and goals
Ability to process, review, and evaluate student documents
Ability to conduct student interviews
Ability to provide training for participants, students, and/or clients
