Job Overview: We are seeking dependable and compassionate
PRN Residential Counselors to provide as-needed coverage in our behavioral health residential facility. This role supports residents by maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment across various shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support residents in daily routines and activities
- Maintain a safe and structured residential environment
- Observe and document resident behavior
- Communicate concerns to clinical staff
- Complete required documentation and shift reports
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in behavioral health, residential, or human services preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Must work at least one 8hr shift monthly
- Must pass background check and meet state requirements
