About Chamberlain International School: Chamberlain International School is a Massachusetts-approved Private Special Education Therapeutic Boarding School. We are presently seeking dynamic and committed individuals to join our team for the following opening: Job Description: Residential House Parent 1st shift (weekends only), 2nd & 3rd shifts Shift availability: Night Shift (Required), Day Shift (Preferred) Weekend Shifts Required All Weekend Shifts ($2.00 shift differential pay) Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges. - Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration - Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans - Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents - Engage residents in recreational and social activities - Document and maintain accurate records of resident progress and incidents Qualifications: Experience: - Experience working with youth in a residential setting: 1 year (Required) - Experience working with adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges. - Knowledge of systems and procedures related to residential care - Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic first aid procedures - Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills: Working with Adolescents Effective Communication Home Care and Cleanliness First Aid & Basic Medical Meal Preparation Education: Associate (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, All Weekend Shifts with$2.00 shift differential pay Expected Hours: 32 – 40 per week, 10 hour or 8 hour shift Work Location: In Person, Middleboro, MA 02346 What we offer: A leadership role in a unique educational setting.
