POSITION SUMMARY The Part-time Residential Coordinator (RC)- Willow Landing is the first contact for residents, emergency personnel, and visitors arriving at the building. The Per Diem RC will answer the phones, direct visitors, view surveillance cameras, conduct security rounds at the building, perform light cleaning duties and assist the Team Lead Residential Coordinator with other day-to-day administrative tasks as required. Part-time hours are regularly occurring hours and constitute two shifts per week for 14 hours per week. Shifts may be 7-3, 3-11, or 11pm-7am. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
