He or she will manage all aspects associated with the field construction.Responsibilities:Maintain and execute project schedules using Gantt charts and Procore, ensuring look-ahead planning and proactive coordination with trade partners.Provide accurate information for updatesComplete accurate daily logs, inspections, photos, and field documentation using Procore.Scheduling of subcontractors and materials; allowing long enough leads times for subs and material to be on site at correct timesFollow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with minimal punch list.Maintain safe work site, establish good job site housekeeping. Must maintain a CLEAN jobsite and observe OSHA, State, County and Community regulationsReview shop drawings for accuracyUtilize Bluebeam Revu (or similar software) to review and mark up plans and construction documents.Maintain organized digital project documentation and communicate updates using Microsoft 365 and company systems.Use technology and AI tools, where appropriate, to improve communication, documentation, and project efficiency.Proactively problem-solveChampion Nautilus Homes processesRequirements:5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong computer proficiency with experience using construction technology in a production environment, including:Procore (required)Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF markup softwareMobile applications for daily logs, inspections, photos, and field reportingAbility to quickly learn and adopt new software and standardized digital workflowsAbility to read and understand plans from Civil drawings to Interior Design drawingsProfessional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high-end clients, Project Managers, Field Operations, Architects, Engineers, and Interior DesignersAble to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity, and meet deadlines and goalsComfortable leveraging AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to assist with documentation, communication, and administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our Drug Free Workplace ProgramA passion for custom home buildingQualified candidates, please apply with resume and salary requirements.
