• Manage day-to-day field operations on luxury residential construction projects from groundbreaking through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site environment
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, schedules, and communication
• Monitor project quality, budgets, and timelines while proactively resolving issues
• Collaborate closely with ownership, project managers, clients, and trade partners
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager within residential construction
• Proven experience managing custom home, luxury residential, or high-end residential projects
• Proficiency with Procore is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and project execution in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within the MetroWest and Greater Boston areas
• Must be commutable to Southborough, MA and surrounding project locations
