    Job Overview:
    JAKE Premier LLC is a residential construction management firm, based out of West Chester, PA, serving the West Chester and Mainline areas. We specialize in high-quality new construction custom homes, full-scale renovations, and additions. We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our leadership team!
     
    Responsibilities for Project Manager:
    • Manage and oversee all pre-construction set-ups to ensure jobs are construction-ready; including ensuring the approvals of all permits and township required documentation, all drawings are finalized and accurate, all selections, scopes and pricing are finalized.
    • Oversee and coordinate with estimating and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
    • Coordinate scheduling of trade partners, inspections, and deliveries, to complete each project on time.
    • Track purchase order status and ensure alignment with production schedule.
    • Track RFIs, revisions, and design changes to prevent conflicts such as schedule and cost issues.
    • Monitor project milestones, readiness for upcoming phases, and overall job flow.
    • Monitor construction sites to ensure access to homes, organization and neatness of construction materials, location of site equipment, and trash removal.
    • Effectively prioritize responsibilities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Identify and solve problems, organize job site meetings, and cooperate with team members in various roles as necessary.
      
    Basic Qualifications:
    • General knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, practices, and tools used in construction.
    • Ability to read blueprints and other technical materials.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • Broad, thorough understanding of residential construction industry.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Functions effectively as part of a team.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of residential remodeling and/or custom home building preferred.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
    • Familiarity with Buildertrend Software.

    License/Certification:
    • Driver's License (Required).
