Location: Greensboro, NC | Approximately 25% office / 75% field

Manage distinctive homes with a company that keeps project workloads manageable.

Founded in 1980, Wolfe Homes specializes in high-end residential construction, including custom homes and renovations. Our team works to guide clients through the construction process with transparency, creative problem-solving, and a consistent focus on quality.

About the Role

You'll manage residential construction projects while working closely with homeowners, trade partners, and the Wolfe Homes team. We emphasize project planning, clear communication, and coordination to support quality construction.

This is a practical role that combines project coordination, client communication, field oversight, and occasional hands-on work. Expect approximately 25% office work and 75% field work, with travel between the office and local project sites.

You don't need an exclusively luxury residential background to be considered. If you bring at least 10 years of construction experience, strong organization, and a commitment to quality, we welcome your application.

  • Ability to work in both office and active construction-site settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-end residential construction, custom homes, or renovations.
