Residential Construction General Laborer

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Laborers to join our team in residential construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in kitchen & bath remodeling, including demolition, build back, framing, drywall, etc. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, timeliness and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Duties
-Ability to operate hand tools.
-Loading & unloading materials and equipment as needed.
-Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
-Safely operate power tools for basic carpentry needs.
-Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
-Keep job sites clean and free of debris.
-Communicate with project manager on job details.

Qualifications
-Previous experience in residential construction is preferred but not required.
-Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools is essential for successful job performance.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed within the production environment.
-Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to fabrication and assembly processes.
