What you’ll do

• Recommend and sell replacement water heaters, filtration systems, and related upgrades during on-site visits
• Close the deal by clearly presenting options, pricing, and value
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters to safety and code requirements
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hot water systems
• Leverage AI-powered sales coaching tools to review calls and continuously improve
• Educate customers on efficiency, performance, and total cost of ownership
• Keep your truck organized, complete documentation, and leave job sites spotless
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to finish jobs on schedule
• Pitch in with overtime when emergency calls come in
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What you bring

• Sales background preferred—you’re comfortable presenting options and asking for the sale
• 1+ year of relevant field experience (plumbing preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Capable of lifting 75+ lbs and performing field labor
• Coachable, growth-oriented, and receptive to feedback
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record per company policy
