The Opportunity

We’re looking for a manager who blends sales acumen with on-the-ground project control across residential and commercial painting. You’ll prospect using door-to-door canvassing and hyper-local marketing, scope jobs precisely, purchase liquid paint and paint sundries from Ace Hardware, and keep everything on track in ServiceTitan—from estimate to invoice.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and close new painting work across residential and commercial markets.
• Build accurate and competitive estimates informed by painting process knowledge and material selection.
• Nurture relationships with homeowners, property managers, general contractors, and business owners.
• Recruit, evaluate, schedule, and manage 1099 painting crews; uphold quality standards.
• Own scheduling, coordination, customer updates, and project completion with top-tier service.
• Use ServiceTitan to track estimates, job milestones, invoices, and communications.
• Source and purchase liquid paint and paint sundries from Ace Hardware efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Review sales and job KPIs to drive revenue growth and profitability.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of success in painting or construction sales, project management, or estimating.
• Depth in residential and commercial painting methods, materials, and best practices.
• Track record of lead generation and closing.
• Experience leading 1099 subcontractors with quality assurance.
• Fluency with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/job management software.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to engage in door-to-door canvassing and local, hyper-targeted marketing.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and focused on revenue growth.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

$20.00 per hour + 15% commission
