Residential & Commercial HVAC Field Service Mechanic

What you’ll do (high impact, every day)
Service Scope: Maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Commissioning: Start up and commission new equipment, verify operation, and document results.
Customer Focus: Explain findings, set expectations, and ensure a great experience.
Teamwork: Coordinate with installers and fellow techs to hit timelines and standards.
Availability: Take part in an after-hours on-call rotation.
What you’ll need to bring
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
EPA Certification.
Driver’s license (required).
Clear communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work solo in the field and collaborate with the crew.
Pay, perks, and place
Location: Durango, CO (full-time)
Compensation: Up to $40/hr
