Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in residential cleaning or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation is required for this role.
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties with stamina and efficiency
• Discreet and respectful of family privacy
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing tasks across several locations
• Warm, friendly, and service-oriented with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Organize and declutter areas as needed, ensuring that all items are in their designated places.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing cleaning tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
