Ayala Cleaning Services LLC is seeking reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team on an on-call basis. This position is perfect for professionals who enjoy flexible work hours and are passionate about providing top-quality cleaning services. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential homes, ensuring our clients’ spaces are fresh, organized, and spotless.

Responsibilities:

• Perform standard and deep residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

  • Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas

  • Washing and sanitizing surfaces

  • Emptying trash and replacing liners

  • Laundry and linen changing as needed

• Use approved cleaning products and follow safety procedures

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service

• Communicate job status, special requests, or issues to the supervisor

• Travel to various job sites on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

• 1+ years of residential cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Friendly, professional, and trustworthy demeanor

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings when needed

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods)
