You'll need strong attention to detail, strategic problem-solving skills, professional communication skills, and the ability to follow through on issues to deliver daily excellence. Your responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):Inspecting buildings, grounds, and public areas to identify work that needs to be done and ensure the property maintains a neat, clean appearanceFollowing up on work orders to efficiently troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all kinds of building systems, alarms, control systems, elevators, roofs, parking lots, and more, coordinating with outside contractors as neededResponding to tenants' calls for maintenance, light changes, carpentry work, etc.Communicating with the property manager about necessary repairs, contracted services, budget planning, and capital expendituresMonitoring parts inventory, ordering more supplies as needed, and quickly responding to emergency situationsFollowing all operational standards and safety procedures, maintaining tool inventory and equipment, patrolling vacant areas, communicating with construction teams, and assisting with other duties as neededThe Bigger Picture:Our team at Dalad Realty Company has been developing and maintaining exceptional residential, industrial, office, and retail spaces since 1947.
