What a Day Looks Like
You start your morning in Duluth, MN, reviewing your route and parts inventory. Your first stop is a home where a refrigerator is running warm—you diagnose the issue, source the correct part from your van stock, and restore cooling. Next, you install a new washer, verify hook-ups, and run test cycles. Throughout the day, you communicate clearly with customers about what you found, what you fixed, and how to prevent future issues—all while documenting service notes and parts used.
By late afternoon, you’ve repaired an oven control board, performed preventative maintenance on a dryer, and wrapped up with precise record-keeping. Safety comes first at every stop, and you keep abreast of the latest appliance and refrigeration technologies so your diagnostics stay sharp.
