What You’ll Work On

• Troubleshoot and repair major household appliances—refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Explain findings and next steps clearly to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document services performed and parts used with precise, timely records.
• Stay current on manufacturer guidance, new technologies, and industry trends.
• Perform work that aligns with safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Track and replenish van stock; maintain tools and equipment in ready condition.
• Support the growth of junior team members through hands-on guidance and training.

What You Bring
