We're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Residential Addictions Case Manager to join our team in a women's residential stabilization, rehabilitation, and reintegration program.In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with residents to provide counseling, encouragement, structure, and support while helping each individual build the skills and confidence needed for lasting recovery.What You'll DoAs a Residential Addictions Case Manager, you will:Participate in client screenings, admissions, and assessments, including observing and documenting residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.Maintain a rotating caseload and collaborate with the Program Manager and treatment team to address each resident's individual needs.Provide individual and group counseling focused on motivation, personal goals, recovery, and continued growth.Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and discharge plans.Conduct and document routine and random urine drug screens and breathalyzer testing in accordance with program procedures.Monitor residents for medical, mental health, safety, and security concerns and respond appropriately when issues arise.Monitor medication schedules while following established program policies and protocols.Document and report incidents and ensure appropriate follow-up.Participate in weekly case conferences, resident meetings, team meetings, staff meetings, and required trainings.Coordinate with emergency and community services, including ambulance services, fire departments, law enforcement, and CDPC when necessary.Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused residential environment.Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.What We're Looking ForEducation & CredentialingHigh School Diploma or GED required.Completion of 350 CASAC education hours required.Must hold one of the following credentials:CASAC-TCASAC-PCASACValid New York State Driver's License with a clean driving record required.CPR and First Aid certification preferred.ExperienceTwo years of experience in a chemical dependency treatment program preferred.Experience providing counseling, case management, or support services in a residential or behavioral health setting is a plus.The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who is:Compassionate, patient, and nonjudgmental.Comfortable working with individuals experiencing substance use and other life challenges.Skilled at building trusting, professional relationships.Organized and able to maintain accurate and timely documentation.A strong communicator and team player.Able to maintain professional boundaries while providing meaningful support.Comfortable responding calmly and appropriately in challenging situations.Committed to trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care.Why This Role MattersEvery day, you'll have the opportunity to help women take meaningful steps toward recovery, stability, and a healthier future.
