Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Identify potential replacement opportunities and generate qualified leads for Comfort Advisors
• Complete service paperwork and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, management, and other technicians
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and closely with other technicians
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, squat, kneel, reach, push, and pull
