The Opportunity
Lead a small, mighty team delivering services at a supportive housing site for families. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and shape the resident experience inside a Housing First, harm-reduction, trauma-informed model. What You'll Do
Supervise, coach, and develop a site team of 2–3 staff, including hiring, evaluations, and day-to-day support.
Run staff meetings, multidisciplinary case conferences, and resident community meetings with confidence and warmth.
Respond quickly and calmly to crises and emergencies, modeling steady leadership for your team.
Partner with housing operations to support resident retention, stability, and increasing self-sufficiency.
Oversee program implementation, quality assurance, and data-informed reporting.
Keep program goals, budgets, and grant deliverables on track.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science (social work, psychology, or related field), or 4+ years of relevant experience. MA/MS preferred; LCSW, MFT, or LPCC a plus.
4+ years providing direct services to people experiencing or transitioning out of homelessness, ideally in a housing-based setting.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Working fluency in supportive housing, Housing First, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care.
Strong written and interpersonal communication; comfort juggling multiple priorities at once.
Experience with program reporting, budgeting, and quality assurance.
Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and a cloud-based database like Salesforce).
Bilingual Spanish (or another language commonly spoken by residents) is a plus.
The Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
