The successful Resident Services Manager I will oversee programs, staff, and services at each property in an assigned region following our mission and core values and the national program model for Resident Services. You will be visiting and working at multiple sites. The successful candidate will demonstrate compassion and have an understanding of the complexities of homelessness; co-morbidities; trauma; mental health and substance usage.
