    Homeowners will be amazed by the amenity and pool complex, unparalleled in the entire region. Additionally, the community offers immaculate terrain in the backdrop of a relaxing lake and miles of bike and hiking trails.

    The Resident Services Coordinator provides office assistance, membership support and clerical administration for the community. This position is multi-faceted and supports the site management team in a variety of duties including ensuring all callers, visitors and residents are greeted in a friendly and informative manner.

    What you’ll accomplish:
    • Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls
    • Providing information about amenities, programs, events, policies, and community resources.
    • Assisting residents with obtaining amenity access credentials and troubleshooting issues when necessary.
    • Operating and maintaining office equipment
    • Drafting and proofreading a variety of association documents including maintenance work orders
    • Coordinating amenity reservations and rentals, including required documentation and communication.
    • Assisting the Lifestyle Director and management team with calendars, website, reservations, spreadsheets, and correspondence
    • Receiving, preparing and delivering mail, and packages.
    • Performing other administrative duties as needed

    What we’re looking for:

    • Availability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule 8:30-5:30
    • Customer service experience, knowledge of homeowner association operations preferred
    • Excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible
    • Ability to communicate effectively with a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
    • A dynamic, professional individual with a strong sense of organization and attention to detail
    • Computer skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Experience with reservations, scheduling and/or events is a plus.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment
    • Flexibility to work occasional after-hours community events as needed
    • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
    • If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a
    • valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing.CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.


    The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:

    • Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
    • Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 30 pounds.
    • Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
    • Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
    • Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions. (Please note: We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving status.)
