    East West Urban Management is seeking a flexible and hospitality-driven Resident Services Coordinator – Floater to support multiple luxury residential communities throughout the Denver area. Rather than working at a single location, you will provide coverage when regularly scheduled onsite team members are unavailable due to vacations, illness, leaves of absence, open positions, or other operational needs.

    Your Role

    ·         Support multiple luxury residential communities throughout the Denver area.

    ·         Deliver exceptional resident and guest experiences at every assigned location.

    ·         Provide dependable coverage for planned and unplanned staff absences.

    ·         Travel between East West Urban Management properties as assigned.

    ·         Bring consistent professionalism, flexibility, and hospitality to every community.

    Pay Rate

    $22.00 per hour

    Schedule

    Days and hours vary based on coverage needs; may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Part-Time, On-Call

    Travel

    Reliable transportation required to travel between assigned properties

    What You'll Do

    ·         Provide professional front desk and resident services coverage at multiple East West Urban Management communities based on operational needs.

    ·         Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming residents, guests, vendors, and visitors and creating positive first impressions at every property.

    ·         Quickly learn and follow each property’s procedures, resident expectations, emergency protocols, access systems, and service standards.

    ·         Maintain building security by monitoring visitor access, key control, package management, and vendor check-ins in accordance with community procedures.

    ·         Provide reliable coverage for vacations, illness, leaves of absence, open positions, call-offs, and other staffing needs.

    ·         Coordinate resident requests, maintenance work orders, packages, deliveries, moves, and building communications.

    ·         Conduct routine building walks to identify maintenance, safety, or security concerns and report findings promptly.

    ·         Communicate effectively with onsite management teams to ensure smooth transitions between assignments.

    ·         Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and daily shift reports.

    ·         Represent East West Urban Management with professionalism, flexibility, and a hospitality-first mindset at every community you support.

    About You

    We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, adapts quickly, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service wherever assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    ·         High school diploma or equivalent.

    ·         Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, customer service, concierge, reception, administrative support, or property management.

    ·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    ·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    ·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    ·         Basic computer skills and the ability to learn multiple property management and access-control systems.

    ·         Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between East West Urban Management communities throughout the Denver area.

    ·         Flexibility to work varying days, shifts, weekends, and holidays based on staffing needs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    ·         Experience in luxury residential communities or hospitality.

    ·         Concierge or front desk experience.

    ·         Spanish language skills are a plus.

    ·         Experience adapting to multiple work environments and building positive relationships quickly.
