Your impact
This position is 100% on site at a client wastewater plant in Virginia
By joining our team, you'll get the opportunity to work on a team to carefully manage various aspects of projects as well as work to mitigate or eliminate project risks that threaten schedule, budget, safety, or quality. We'd depend on you to act as the primary project interface with the client, designer, contractor, operation staff, and outside agencies/stakeholders for multiple Wastewater Treatment projects. You'll perform traditional Construction Administration / Resident Engineering functions for conformance with approved construction documents including but not limited to the project Contract, specifications, quality control plan, safety plans, schedule, requests for information (RFIs), change orders, pay requests, record drawings, commissioning and contract closeout.
You'll actively manage and report on the status of the project schedule and budget, monitor and document contract progress and make recommendations to the client for contractor payments, change orders, and requests for information (RFIs).
You'll conduct and document project meetings, coordinate and oversee field activities for testing and inspection reviews as well as participate in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost control, schedule control, change management, risk management and performance.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $150,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
