Resident Engineer

• Analyze customer requirements and specifications.
• Support customers during integration testing of TBM units, including result analysis and defect tracking.
• Perform joint testing with customers to evaluate system development status.
• Conduct first-level analysis of defects and parts reported by internal teams, including Product Validation and Plant Services, and external customers.
• Analyze defects identified at customer R&D sites and provide on-site root cause analysis.
• Act as the R&D point of contact for Marelli at customer plants and ensure proper information sharing.
• Support customer production sites during product launch phases.
• Participate in war-room meetings and discussions regarding issues, root causes, resolutions, and fixes.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree.
