    • Participate in program development and wire harness development meetings, providing technical guidance on the application and design integration of Molex cable assemblies and connectivity solutions.
    • Act as a first line of technical support for field and product issues, coordinating investigation, communication, containment, and resolution with General Motors and Molex cross-functional teams.
    • Lead technical discussions among customer engineers and Molex engineering, quality, product development, program management, sales, and account-management teams to drive decisions and successful program execution.
    • Manage customer technical requests and program activities through closure while maintaining responsiveness, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency.
    • Partner with sales and account teams to identify customer needs, provide technical insight, and help develop opportunities into future design wins.

    • Experience working directly with customers, suppliers, or cross-functional engineering teams.
    • Experience supporting cable assemblies, connectors, wiring systems, electrical products, or related automotive components.
    • Ability to work regularly from customer and Molex locations in Warren and Rochester Hills, Michigan.

    What Will Put You Ahead
