About the job
Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you'll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.
Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Pay Range: $139145 - $180070
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
