Cordova Wellness & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and organized Resident Concierge (CNA) to assist residents with medical appointments and transportation needs. This position is ideal for a Certified Nursing Assistant who enjoys working directly with residents while providing safe and reliable transportation services.
Resident Concierge (CNA) Position Summary
As the Resident Concierge (CNA) at Cordova Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and other scheduled trips.
Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and routine checks of the facility van.
Deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, and guests.
Assist labeling laundry and/or other items.
Perform CNA duties as needed while supporting resident care.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained company vehicle.
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
Resident Concierge (CNA) Requirements
An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
