What You'll Do

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, dining)Monitor and report changes in resident conditionSupport residents according to individualized care plansEngage residents in daily routines and activitiesMaintain cleanliness and resident comfort in rooms and common areasCommunicate clearly with team members, families, and leadershipDocument care and incidents accurately and timelyRespond calmly in emergency situations

What We're Looking For

CNA certificationCompassionate, patient, and dependableAbility to follow care plans and safety standardsStrong communication and teamwork skillsCPR/First Aid certification if required
