Applicants must be 18 years of age or older for this position.  

 

Joining our Team Member Housing Team as a Housing Assistant means creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive living environment for our seasonal Team Members. You’ll help manage daily housing operations, assist residents with their needs, and foster a positive community experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily operations of Team Member housing facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
  • Support move-in and move-out processes, including room assignments and key distribution.
  • Enforce housing policies and assist with conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Plan and support community-building activities and events to enhance resident engagement.

  • Individuals who work well within a team with a commitment to safety. 
  • Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. 
  • People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and Team Members. 
  • Individuals with the ability to remain working on their own for extended periods. 
  • Previous experience in housing, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
