What You’ll Do

• Provide resident-centered care that honors every person’s dignity, at every stage of their journey
• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer and assist with medications according to care plans and community policy
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to the nursing team
• Document care accurately and on time
• Build genuine relationships with residents and families, and bring warmth and joy to each day

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in assisted living, memory care, home care, or a related health care setting
• Experience with medication administration strongly preferred
• Completion of an assisted living or caregiver training program preferred (TMA or CNA a plus)
• Confidence in safe transfers and personal care
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans and written directions
• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
