Now Hiring: Resident Aide/CNA - Memory Care Community
Starting Pay: $17.00 (Based on Experience)

Our small community allows you to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing the compassionate care they deserve.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals living with dementia.
Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
Observe and report changes in residents condition to the nursing staff.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional resident care.
Qualifications
Current CNA certification is preferred but not required. Resident Aides are encouraged to apply.
Experience in dementia care, assisted living, or long-term care is a plus but not required.
Compassionate, dependable, patient, and team - oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
