    Now Hiring: Resident Aide/CNA - Memory Care Community

    Starting Pay: $17.00
    (Based on Experience) 

    Are you passionate about caring for seniors and makin a difference every day? Join our team at our beautiful 20-bed dementia personal care community, where we provide exceptional, personalized care in a warm, family-oriented environment.

    Our small community allows you to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing the compassionate care they deserve.

    Responsibilities
    • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
    • Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals living with dementia.
    • Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
    • Observe and report changes in residents condition to the nursing staff.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
    • Work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional resident care.
    Qualifications
    • Current CNA certification is preferred but not required. Resident Aides are encouraged to apply.
    • Experience in dementia care, assisted living, or long-term care is a plus but not required.
    • Compassionate, dependable, patient, and team - oriented.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Compensation & Benefits
    • Starting pay of $17.00 per hour (based on experience)
