Residency Clinic Manager

Full Time, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

The Residency Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residency clinic, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery. This role involves managing clinic staff, coordinating resident schedules, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The position plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive learning environment for medical residents.

Job Qualifications:• High School Graduate or GED required • Associate or Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field preferred o In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience and applicable certification may be considered • Minimum pof 3-5 years of experience in clinic management or similar role • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledgable of healthcare regulations and compliance standards • Proficient in electronic health records (HER) systems
