    • Supervise staff and ensure quality care and “active treatment” for clients
    • Oversee daily living needs, including housekeeping, meals, and maintenance
    • Manage client health needs, including medications and medical coordination (emergency care, in-patient hospitalization, routine medical care and basic first aid
    • Support development and tracking of client goals and documentation
    • Coordinate transportation, activities, and day programs
    • Handle client finances and record keeping
    • Maintain safety compliance (fire drills, checklists, reports) on a monthly basis
    • Assist with staff scheduling (staff to client ratio), training, and supervision
    • Respond to emergencies and provide crisis support
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
