    As the Residence Life Coordinator, you will help create a safe, supportive and engaged residential community by delivering responsive student support, guiding behaviour, and managing critical / after‑hours situations. The appointment is conditional upon the successful applicant producing, satisfying and maintaining a Senior First Aid and Mental First Health First Aid certificate, and a “Working with Children Check”, in accordance with the Commission for Children and Young People Act (NSW).

    The role

    • Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 12 months)
    • Level 6 - $92,025 to $99,538 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
    • Orange

    As the Residence Life Coordinator, you will help create a safe, supportive and engaged residential community by delivering responsive student support, guiding behaviour, and managing critical / after‑hours situations.

    Additionally, you will strengthen day‑to‑day operations through pastoral care, team leadership, community building, logistics coordination and ensuring policies, maintenance and compliance needs are met.

    About you

    • Proven experience in high-level administrative and clerical coordination
    • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
    • Skilled in strategic planning, development, and evaluation of community/youth programs and policies
    • Knowledge of critical incident response protocols and techniques with demonstrated understanding of student needs including pastoral care and welfare requirements.
