Our hotel is looking for a positive, guest-focused Front Desk Guest Service Agent to help create memorable stays for guests visiting beautiful Sedona, Arizona!

If you enjoy meeting new people, helping others, and finding solutions when questions or challenges arise, this could be a great opportunity for you.

New to the hotel industry? That's okay! Previous hotel experience is a plus, but we're looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Front Desk Guest Service Agent, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our guests see. You'll help ensure their arrival, stay, and departure go smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests, checking them in and out, and assigning rooms.
• Answering questions about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, and coordinating guest needs.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest and cash records.
• Communicating important information to fellow team members.
• Handling wake-up calls and other front desk requests.
• Keeping the front desk, lobby, and common areas clean and organized.
• Assisting with other hotel duties as needed.

Schedule & Availability

• Shift: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, with a meal break.
• Evenings and weekends: Availability is required.
