    Job Summary: The Reset Team Assistant Manager is responsible for providing support and oversight to the Reset Team

    Members in successful execution of retail store merchandising resets. This position will provide training and

    development to Reset Team Members, as well as work directly with Store Managers and District Managers to ensure the

    retail location meets planogram requirements with minimal disruption to the customer shopping experience.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Supervise the growth and development of the Reset Team Members through hiring, training, coaching, and conducting annual performance reviews.
    • Provide continuous education, safety, and performance training for existing Reset Team Members.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of current planogram procedures and K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc. processes including cleaning, rotation, tagging, stocking, close-out procedures, and added items.
    • Ensure retail stores always remain shoppable in areas where work is being completed by the Reset Team.
    • Install shelving, pegboards, pushers, and other equipment as directed by planograms.
    • Produce timely and successful implementation of Reset Team assignments; ensure retail location(s) are conditioned for a proper shopping experience.
    • Manage special project operations to confirm timely and successful execution.
    • Travel, as necessary, provides project management, direction, and oversight.
    • Adhere to and maintain KVAT Food Stores, Inc. policies including proper dress code, regular attendance, and professionalism.
    • Responsible for attending on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.

    Job Qualifications:

    • High school graduate supplemented by a college degree and/or related experience.
    • Must possess a valid and unrestricted U.S. Driver's License with an acceptable driving record in accordance with the company's insurance carrier standards.
    • Must be well organized, dependable, maintain the strictest confidentiality, and exhibit professional conduct.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel as well as 10-key calculator.
    • Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and recognize work related needs to pursue successful completion.
    • Must have excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
    • Proven ability to work well in a team setting as well as alone.
    • Ability to work a varied work schedule including travel.
    • Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals daily.
    • Ability to attend on-site work during normal business hours, in the typical work week, and extra time as neededto fulfill job duties
