Reset Merchandiser

FieldBridge is looking for an Associate Reset Specialists in Nashville, TN; Jackson, TN; and Memphis, TN to work for one of the oldest and most iconic soft drink brands in the United States. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay Rate/Schedule:
$20–$21/hour depending on location | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Steady weekday schedule, no nights or weekends | At 40 hrs/week and $20-21/hr for example, earn weekly paychecks of $800-$840 gross.

Important Notes: Openings in three locations: Nashville ($21/hr), Jackson ($20/hr), and Memphis ($20/hr). Valid driver’s license required. Travel to multiple retail stores within the assigned territory.

Position Overview

Support a leading national beverage company by completing large-scale display resets at retail stores across the assigned territory. This role partners with Sales Representatives and Managers to keep shelves and displays set to plan, and builds strong relationships with store personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete large-scale display and merchandising resets at assigned stores
• Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules with Sales Representatives and Managers
• Build effective working relationships with store personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for the Sales Representative to pursue
• Report on competitor activity observed in stores

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of reset and/or retail merchandising experience in grocery, mass, drug, or big box retail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license
