Reservations Sales Associate

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support to guests by sharing information on accommodations, spa offerings, local dining, and activities in the area
• Collaborate and connect with guests and team members remotely, utilizing your strong interpersonal skills
• Ensure prompt and accurate reservation management
• Assist guests with any inquiries or issues they may have
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
• Uphold company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
