Reservations Coordinator
Location: Downtown Boston, MA
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
CFS has partnered with a luxury hotel in seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservations Agent to assist guests with booking accommodations and answering reservation inquiries. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service via phone and email, maintain accurate reservation records, and help maximize room sales through upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and emails regarding reservations and guest inquiries.
- Provide information on room availability, rates, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process and update reservations accurately in the reservation system.
- Communicate deposit, cancellation, and guarantee policies to guests.
- Enter group bookings and maintain department records and reports.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hospitality, reservations, customer service, or related experience.
- Experience with hotel reservation/property management systems (OPERA, SynXis, Delphi, or similar) preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays as needed.
Salary Range
$50,000 - $55,000 per year
