    Reservation Support Specialist

    About the Role

    We're looking for organized, dependable individuals to help clients manage reservation details, schedules, confirmations, and service-related requests.

    As a Reservation Support Specialist, you'll help keep plans accurate and organized by assisting with updates, follow-up, research, and coordination. Some requests may also involve accommodations, transportation, activities, or itinerary timing.

    Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

    What You'll Do

    • Assist with reservation requests and confirmations
    • Gather dates, preferences, and important client information
    • Coordinate schedules and time-sensitive details
    • Provide updates and next steps
    • Follow up on pending requests or changes
    • Maintain accurate client records
    • Help with modifications or special requests
    • Support select accommodation, transportation, activity, or itinerary details
