About the Position

Sparta Networking is hiring Reservation Support Specialists to assist customers who are interested in vacation packages, reservations, and available travel options.

This is a phone-based role where you will answer questions, review available choices, help customers understand pricing and promotions, and assist with the reservation process.

No previous travel experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You Will Be Doing

• Speak with customers by phone
• Review vacation packages and available options
• Explain pricing, promotions, dates, and reservation details
• Help customers move forward with a booking
• Make updates to existing reservation information
• Follow up with interested customers when needed
• Keep customer records and call notes accurate
• Provide clear and professional support throughout each conversation

Schedule Options

Several schedules are currently available:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Saturday to Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekend Part-Time: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for people who communicate well, are dependable, and are comfortable working with customers by phone.

Required

• Friendly and professional
• Comfortable using a computer while speaking with customers
• Organized and accurate
• Comfortable learning new systems
• Reliable with your schedule
• Comfortable following up with customers
• Motivated by performance and commission opportunities
• At least 18 years old

Preferred - Not Required

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, call centers, retail, front desk, appointment setting, or other customer-facing work
