Summary/Objective:

The Researcher/Data Entry Coordinator will perform record research through various court access systems and screenshots provided by internal researchers. The primary job function is to review and analyze court data, identify key information, and enter it into a common format. Attention to detail in order to identify your own work and that of Court Records team members to assure accuracy in search criteria and data entry

Responsibilities: 

• Enter record results from screenshots of county’s Public Access Terminal.
• Search the County Courthouse website to obtain information and conduct research.
• Enter results into the Digital Delve platform, either as clear (no information found) or the information found in the courts predominantly used index as specified per the client’s instructions.
• Perform additional administrative research duties as assigned.
• Meet quality and productivity standards
• Ability to maintain a 24 to 72-hour turnaround time.
• Ability to complete all daily assigned work for the scheduled day.
• Must provide updates to supervisor regarding delays.
• Must provide updates to supervisor regarding courthouse structure updates.
• Ability to maintain an error rate of 0.030% or lower per month
• Other duties may be assigned
• Training is done in-person at office
• May be required to occasionally come into office 

Qualifications:  

• 1-year prior experience in a related role is preferred
• Must have High School diploma
• Must be able to type 35 wpm
• Criminal Justice and/or Paralegal experience is a plus
• Excellent understanding of laws, judicial procedures, regulations, rules, and guidelines related to crime and evidence. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to actively listen and make wise decisions.
• Possesses keen social awareness. 
• Organized and detail oriented.
