Perform routine cell biology, molecular biology and biochemistry techniques including but not limited to:

  • DNA/RNA isolation, molecular cloning, western blotting, cell culture, cell biological assays, RT-qPCR, protein extraction, purification and quantification, and immunofluorescence microscopy.
  • Maintain mouse colonies, which includes breeding, weaning, genotyping, harvesting tissues, and performing physiological assessments.
