Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to serve as a research assistant for multiple, externally funded research studies at the Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities (CIDD) at the UNC School of Medicine. The person in this position will be responsible for data management and organization, data analysis and visualization, and collaborating with a team of experts in neurodevelopmental disorders.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Management Preferences

  • Experience working in a clinical research setting
  • Training in neuroscience, human neuroimaging, or developmental psychology
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy or attention to detail
  • Ability to gather data to accurately document procedures
